To compare this year’s Korea trip to the one in 2012 I would say this time was better despite of staying there for a shorter time (1 week shorter).
2012: It was just meeting my relatives, needed to have them as my first priority to visit them because it’s been a long while since I saw them. I was younger so I couldn’t do much on my own and everything was new to me so I needed my relatives’ help to take me where I wanted to go. I went everywhere, where a tourist would go, endless shopping, eating, tourist attractions, etc. Pretty much it was a cycle of experiencing new things. Learned many new things also. I wasn’t sure when I was going to go back so this trip’s memory remained with me for while.
2014: I didn’t know I would go again this year so soon. At first I wasn’t allowed to go since I am going to be a senior and have a lot of weight of my shoulders with homework and prep. studying, but I believe that couple of weeks of absence wouldn’t hurt. I believe this year’s trip was digging deeper into Korea. I attended and bought a lot of things that required a lot money and help from relatives. That includes seeing Infinite too.. I did many things that I wanted to do that I couldn’t two years ago since I am a little older now and parents could trust me and didn’t control my money as much. On the first few days I did a lot of the shopping, it was just days of reminisce. Then on the following few days I I went to see Infinite at music shows, go to Jeonju to meet other relatives, then meet my dad’s friends and eat a lot, and went to a concert again. My uncle came to the concert with my dad and they were like, “this is infinite who you’re obsessed with? I don’t get it.” >.< I don’t like it when my relatives makes fun of me with my obsession, but eh, they gave me connections..
